What we collect
When you request a quote on wacodirectionaldrilling.com, we collect what you type: your name, phone, email, and the scope of the crossing (entry and exit points, length, line type, notes). The site sets no advertising trackers. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) exist at the hosting layer.
What we do with it
Quote scopes go to the Directional Boring, LLC estimating desk to price your work and call you back. We share scope details with the crew assigned to your job — that is the point of sending them. We don't sell contact lists and we don't run third-party ad pixels on this site.
Retention and access
Quote records are business records; we keep them as long as the job file is useful. Want yours corrected or deleted? Email drilling@directionalboring.com from the address on the request and we'll handle it.
Third-party services
Fonts load from Google Fonts. If the map-based scoping tool is active on the quote page, Google Maps loads under Google's own terms. Neither receives your form contents from us.
